                                      Neck Pain Remedies

 

Now a days people are very busy in doing their works due to this they unable take care of their food and health. Due to this many people are facing several  health problems in their day to day life. Among commonly getting health troubles, neck pain is one. Actually this neck pain will be occured due to improper sitting, lot of stress in their work, neck injured during doing regular exercise, due to some diseases and few other reasons.


If once you attacked to this neck pain then you cannot concentrate on your work properly. Neck Pain is not a big problem because it is a common health problem that will attacks to every person at any time in their life. We can get rid of this neck pain easily by following small tips which are shown below.

·       Perform simple neck exercises everyday. 
·       Place your system moniter at your eye level.
·       Sit or stand in a proper way.
·       Swim regularly then your neck muscles will become stronger day by day. 
·       Avoid stress as possible.  
·      Take a break while doing regular exercises if you already had a neck pain. 
·       Make gentle massage every day to your neck.
·       Don't wear high heels.
·       Eat rich nutritious and mineral foods.
·       Sleep well and maintain correct timings.
How  To Reduce Neck Pain: 
  

Ice Pack: Ice pack is mainly used to reduce this neck pain to some extent especially for the people that who are suffering from neck muscles inflammation.
Process:
First of all place ice bag on paining area for around 15 minutes. Do this for every 2-3 hours then neck pain will be reduced to some extent.

Heat Compress: To this method we just require a bottle and hot water.
Process:
As ice pack, this hot bottle should also be placed for 15 minutes in paining area. This also should be repeated for every 3-4 hours.

 We all can reduce neck pain by using things such as ginger and turmeric that we regularly uses in our kitchen. 

By Using Ginger: Ginger is helpful to improve the blood circulation especially in affected area of neck. Ginger will be helpful to get rid of this neck pain. Let us have a look how we all should use this ginger.  

Method-1: 
Ingredients Required: Ginger-small piece and
                                       Water-1 Glass. 
Process:
     First of all make ginger into powder. Take 1glass of water and mix ginger powder in it. Drink this water every day for 3 times. 

Method-2: 
Ingredients Required: Ginger: Small Piece.
                                       Honey: 1Tsp(Just for taste) and
                                       Water- 2 cups.
Process:
    Boil 2 cups of water in low flame in the mean while we have to cut the ginger into pieces.After water is boiled then add this cutted ginger pieces to it. Once again boil this for around 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, filter it then add honey to your taste and stir well. Drink it to reduce your neck pain.  
·       To get more benefits you can also add this ginger powder in your tea while preparing it. 

By Using Turmeric Powder:
With the help of turmeric powder we can rectify many pains even this neck pain also.

Ingredients Required: Turmeric Powder: 1 Tsp
                                    Milk- 1 Glass and
                                    Honey-1 Tsp (just for taste)
Process: Mix turmeric powder in milk and heat that mixture for 5 minutes on low flame. After 5 minutes switch off the flame and add honey as you like and stir it well. Drink that milk every day for 2 times.
