Using Gingerroot:
Take a piece of ginger
root and add 2 cups of water to it. Heat the mixture gently for more than 30
minutes. Later turn off the stove and transfer that water into any mug, Then
sip this water slowly and you can also breathe the steam to get relaxation.
Using Pencil:
If you want to get
relaxation from your headache then place a pencil between your teeth and hold
it. By holding a pencil between your teeth will help to reduce head pain to
some extent.
